Wellness treatments are a time for you to come rest, relax and allow your body to restore itself.  Visits consist of acupuncture and/or tuning fork sound healing.  The therapeutic vibration of tuning forks work similarly to acupuncture, but instead rest gently on the body— creating deep relaxation and inner healing.  Depending on your condition, I also use other healing modalities such as cupping, gua sha, light massage and infrared light heat therapy in combination. After your initial visit, follow-up visits are recommended as best results are shown with consistency over a period of time depending on each individual.
